其后，“其”是个用法很广泛的代词。在这里是指从那时以后，也就是从三千代结婚，离开东京以后。有的地方翻作“从此以后”，不准确。
其后和另外一部文艺片，小城之春，在很多地方非常的象。都是女主角在不那么幸福的婚姻生活中，遇到了昔日的恋人，恋人和丈夫是曾经的好友。只不过小城之春是昔日恋人来访，其后是女主角跟丈夫回乡以后的重逢。
两个电影，都是非常简单的故事，非常有限的几个人物，屈指可数的几个场景，缓慢的节奏。
小城之春有巧妙的旁白，舞台化的场景，出色的电影和镜头语言。
其后有好听的音乐，慢节奏营造的氛围，和小城之春所没有的，出色的演技。
松田优作和演三千代的藤谷美和子，一对俊男美女。两个小时的戏，有90分钟都在看他们的表演。演戏的空间有限，不是你家，就是我家，都是榻榻米。他们最后见面的那一段，两人面对面坐着，中间隔着那一大束百合花，将近十分钟的长镜头，只看见两人的侧面。听他们娓娓道来，并不很激动，却让人动容。
这电影最大的特色就是慢。每个人的动作都是不慌不忙，甚至是小心翼翼，好象隔壁有个婴儿拍吵醒了似的。特别是三千代，看她招待丈夫或者代助吃饭饮酒的时候，端起杯子放下筷子，几乎每一个动作都是定格。让人怀疑她平时怎么能做完家务。
但就是这种慢的节奏，拍出了电影需要的那种氛围，那种美，那种旧时代日本才有的美。
很美的电影，这是看完以后的第一印象。美的镜头，美的演员，美丽的爱情。
代助和三千代两人，当初一见钟情，四年后重逢。心中无限爱慕，却连拥抱都没有一次。唯一一次的身体接触，竟然是隔着代助塞到三千代手里的钞票。
但是自始至终，都可以感觉到两人那种默契的亲密。那亲密简直密不透风。
三千代跑到代助家，气都快喘不过来，拿起桌上的半杯水想喝，却被代助夺过倒掉，因为那是他喝剩下的。代助去厨房倒水，回来却看到三千代用那个残杯，在玻璃花瓶里盛了水一饮而尽。 — 这是整部戏最棒的桥段。
代助几次在电车上的镜头，很超现实，那大概是代助的心中所见。电车贯穿电影始终，而代助在现实中，竟然从没坐过电车。
如果说有一点点缺憾，那就是电影的结尾。代助的哥哥和父亲知道平冈要揭露他们家族企业的黑幕，怒而和代助断绝关系。也许原著的小说情节就是这样，但是在电影这样的氛围里，这个突兀的情节冲突既不合理，也没有必要。两个人知道彼此心心相印，但是从此咫尺天涯，三千代病重，代助却再不能见到她。这样的一个结尾，对于这样一个电影，已经足够了。
从那时以后，也就是三年前，三千代嫁给平冈，离开代助。两人彼此互相思念。
他们再相见以后，三千代病重，代助被父兄抛弃，一无所有。他们会再相见吗，也许还有希望。
现在的我们呢？从今天以后，一切会怎样？谁也不会知道。只求逢凶化吉，遇难呈祥。

終於發行光碟！
第一次看《其後》，算起來倒已經起碼有十八年了，真嚇人一跳。勿怪我一拿起筆就厚著臉皮抄張愛玲，令人夢繞魂牽的電影，幸運的話一生統共也不過三兩部，切切實實是可堪歎息的半生緣。遺憾說多不多，說少也不少，誰都免不了的罷？悲歡離合經曆過一些，起落興衰經曆過一些，然後人就老了，學會不論聽到什麼，嘴角都掛一個微笑。甚至不是微笑，只是禮貌的表示知道有這麼一回事，表示眼底的雲煙沒有白白流逝。
那麼長的時間，除了早年看過幾次，一直沒有機會重睹，倒還記得清清楚楚，盡管記憶當然是選擇性的。松田優作的身影，久不久總在夢境的地平線掠過，很遠很遠，讓人無端端失神。那樣慢條斯理踱步的男人，以為可以與你地久天長，只會嫌他跟不上，斷斷不會被他拋在身後。沒料到謝幕如此匆匆，說走就走，還沒有來得及認識他的壞，已經絕塵而去。自私啊，自私！要世界單單記得他的優雅，不給人機會目擊光陰的腐蝕，驕傲地揮一揮手，以我們的哀傷成就了他的完美。
替他打拍子的是梅林茂。九十年代初在東京找到原聲帶唱片，音樂之外收錄了幾段對白，因為叮嚀沒有聽懂，仿佛更有一種難言之痛。多年後拜王家衛所賜，梅林茂廣為人識，無恙的調子若無其事鋪陳另一段情，雨過天晴，再世為人。采自一部沒有看過的日本電影，叫《夢二》──夢的續篇？我堅決相信，雖然移植到香港的土地，它開的仍然是那枝熟悉的花。白色的，在月光下帶一點紫，帶一點藍。《花樣年華》的過場曲除了負責陪伴一扭一扭的蘇麗珍下樓買雲吞面，最功德無量的，還為菲林的欠缺冷暖補充了季節的氣氛。不必懷疑，作曲家肯定也念念不忘《其後》那股百合的幽香，在雨中，一把傘下的那兩個纏綿的人。當年他為他們譜的一支天鵝曲，最末的句子幾個音符躊躇著，無事找事就是不肯完結。到底找個借口，又再娓娓說一遍。
要為《其後》於曆史上定位，大概可以在費穆的《小城之春》和杜魯福的《祖與占》（Jules et Jim）旁邊找到適宜的空間，而且誰也沒有抬舉誰。六男三女兵分三路的夾纏，法國的一段占了人強馬壯的優勢，在國際上最膾炙人口。但其實嫂夫人情意結在兩洲三地的發酵，醇美如酒溫甜似蜜，各自都是不怕紅爐火的經典。《小城之春》散發的文藝味透著傳統的中國書生氣質，原本隨時有變酸的危機，幸好滲出女性感性的旁白打救了它。《祖與占》的第三人稱敘事式源自原著，自覺地文學性，巧的是旁白也擔任了重要的角色，替人物和觀眾間設下有分寸的距離，就算看得陶醉也保持著清醒。唯有《其後》令人專心一意地沉溺，鬱悒是第一手的，傷逝是直接的，再含蓄你也沒有辦法不為它流下眼淚。
其後……是的，意味一切都過去了，現在已經是從前覺得遙不可及的未來。過去了也好，只有電影還是電影，最不可靠的浮光反而永遠不消失，牢牢印記當時的惘然。

说起“日本”和“感人”，前一阵子看了一部《让人嫌弃的松子的一生》，才感人，哭得我稀里哗啦的。。推荐你俩有空看看。前三十分钟有些无厘头，但“无厘头”为后面的凄惨人生奠定了一个有爱乐观的主旋律，导演手法很棒！
方恨少博客里有下载的连接，推荐观赏。不过我看电影以前，都是非常抵制看影评的，觉得好看的，都是看了以后再回来仔细看看别人怎么说，不然被剧透了会痛苦万分。
松子的一生看过了，挺好的，手法很特别。不过比较起来，还是更喜欢其后这样的。
每次看你的影评都有受教到。比如这篇，“但是自始至终，都可以感觉到两人那种默契的亲密。那亲密简直密不透风。”，这层我就没领会到。
我也没看出来代助没坐过电车。
关于结尾，因为这是来自夏目漱石的原著，而原著实际上是着墨于时代变迁上的，就是他哥哥、家族的那些事的比重是很重的，爱情这条线相对较弱，所以结尾以及其他地方还是有出戏、累赘的感觉。
松子的一生还不错看，主要就是看个意思，跟《金鸡》差不多，而金鸡又跟早年欧洲的某几部片子也差不多……还好。
其后是多么老派的经典小说啊，这是我理想中要写出来的故事。

我觉得很有道理。有些感觉，还是珍藏比较好。说出来容易变模样。理解起来也会有偏差。比如这个电影，那种纯与美，其实很难表达。没看过的人，不知道是怎么回事。纵使说的再好，也不及原来的万一。说它做什么呢？自己知道就好了。也避免了不喜欢的人看过，觉得影评有夸大的嫌疑。
欣燃，那个被嫌弃的松子的一生，我最早看是因为宁财神在剑里面极力推荐，否则我是不会看的。看过觉得确实是不错。
如果那个你能哭的稀里哗啦，那其后就别看了。。。会晕过去。
我喜欢喜剧片，但是我不喜欢恐怖片，从来不看；也不喜欢惊悚片，悬疑片，不过有好的还是会看看，不像恐怖片那么排斥。我最喜欢的是其后这种的，没什么情节冲突，随便剪一段拍个电影，就五四后出来的那些小说似的，全是平常人家平常事，功夫大了去了。
我倒是不排斥恐怖片，但是看了以后觉得没劲，因为，从来不觉得害怕！
说到五四那时候的小说，我上初中的时候看过一个电影，叫“南行记”，看见评论说好我就买票看去了（你看，那时候我就知道看影片选电影了！），但是看完出来以后，完全不知道讲的是怎么回事。所以 以前看过的那些电影都不算数。早晚有一天我得再去看一遍，看看到底它讲的是什么。

关于坐电车，我也在想这个电影和电车一定关系很大，因为从头到尾都有它。电影的一开头，那条马路上，就是电车的轨道。但是在电影里代助确实没有坐上电车，都是那些迷幻的镜头。也许他实际上是坐了车了，电影里拍出来的其实是他在电车上想象的内容。
其实我也喜欢就这样看看电影，觉得喜欢就心里琢磨琢磨就算了。但是如果没有这个作业的压力，电影不会看得这么仔细，感受也不会这么深。这就是精读和泛读的区别吧。
